Giving children a safe, comfortable environment where they’re loved and cared for as if they were in their own family home.
And, whether they’re with us for the short or long term, every child benefits from a stable setting that supports their wellbeing.
Friends and family are welcome to visit any time. Young people need to stay connected to the outside world. And we do everything we can to help them rebuild relationships that have fallen apart.
In partnership with the social worker and placing authority, we design care plans to meet each child’s specific needs. This includes matching them with a key worker, considering any safeguarding issues and helping them overcome uncomfortable emotional issues.
Each plan is created with the outcomes of the Helping Children to Achieve More Act in mind (see below) and aims to surpass National Standards and National Guidelines.
Recognised by Ofsted as an outstanding care provider, Evoke Care’s relationship-oriented approach is proven to change the course of young people’s lives.

In addition to our practical services, our staff empower young people to set ambitious goals. And, as Ofsted noted in their report, our case records show the exceptional progress young people make when they’re encouraged to think bigger and aim higher.
The report praised how “Staff help children achieve their goals and prepare for independent living. One child was supported to set up their own business.”
In 2003, the UK government set up the Every Child Matters Act to improve child care by making organisations that provide services to children work better together.
The act set out the Government’s proposal for improving services’ ability to achieve five outcomes that are considered essential to their well-being in childhood and later life.
The five outcomes stated that every child shall be safe, healthy, enjoy and achieve, make a positive contribution and achieve economic well-being.
In 2010, the coalition government amended the terminology of the act and renamed it ‘Helping Children to Achieve More’. However, the act is still focused on better outcomes for children.
Although our care packages are tailored to the needs of each child, they are all designed with these five outcomes in mind.
